M3M India traces its roots to 2007, when the Bansal family acquired its first land parcel in Sector 66, Gurgaon, before the company was formally established in 2010. M3M India was officially founded in 2010, although its journey began in 2007 with the Bansal family's initial land acquisition in Gurgaon. The company was founded by Basant Bansal along with Pankaj Bansal and Roop Bansal, who have been instrumental in shaping M3M's vision and success. From a single land deal, M3M scaled at a pace that outstripped many legacy Gurgaon developers. The recent launches of super-luxury projects M3M Altitude and M3M Opus in Gurugram, and two large-scale mixed-use projects in Noida (sectors 94 and 72), are propelling the company toward unprecedented growth. M3M India has committed Rs. 7,500 crore to new developments in Uttar Pradesh, alongside a large plotted township in Haryana: in Panipat, Haryana, the company recently delivered Phase-I of M3M City of Dreams—a landmark 350-acre plotted development project with a total investment of Rs. 2,700 crore, the largest in recent years.
